HR Generalist/Payroll & Benefits Administrator – Posted 1.13.2012
At hr-haven, inc., we’re doing really great things for small to medium-sized businesses offering them non-traditional HR tools, support and guidance within affordable budgets. We’re a little unconventional in our approach – instead of telling our clients what they can’t do, we totally customize their programs around their industry and their culture and provide them with processes show them the things that they can do – proving that HR can be fun if you know what you’re doing.
We are currently looking for a skilled HR Generalist to work in our HR StartUp Toolkit Division and acting as Advisor to our Toolkit Alumni in addition to managing the payroll and benefits administration for existing accounts. This position has to be filled by a candidate that understands the way that entrepreneurs think, exercises a high level of initiative, works as a team member and steps in as and where needed, and is committed to a level of client support that is unmatched in the Human Resources Outsourcing industry.
Our ideal candidate should have an established background in HR management, payroll and benefits administration, sound knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations, a love of writing and excellent writing skills, great presentation and verbal communication skills, and a passion for providing small and medium sized businesses with the products, support and attention to detail they deserve.
