hr-haven is pleased to offer additional, one-time and on-demand project services. These special HR assignments generally fall outside the scope of our monthly retainer program, but can be adopted on an hourly or scope-of-work basis. For example, especially during times of peak workload such as an integration of firms or companies, a lot of attention is paid to the physical integration, and little is paid to the cultural and soft issues that can create the most significant issues.
By outsourcing to us to develop merger analysis, blending suggestions and advice, you will free your time to focus on the of other tasks involved. Likewise, the other human resources tasks below can be intimidating and time consuming for those that are in unfamiliar territory. The following list is non-comprehensive, but gives an overview of potential assignments that we are skilled to undertake:
- Merger and acquisition analysis, blending, and advice pertaining to policy, culture, and benefit offerings
- Development of organizational structure and reorganization
- COBRA administration for eligible participants
- Set-up of Flexible Spending Accounts, Section 125 plans and Health Savings Accounts for use with qualified high-deductible health insurance programs
